With a detailed mindset geared towards spreadsheets and processes, my professional journey has revolved around operations management. I started in the travel industry, overseeing on-site corporate travel offices at GE, Xerox, and ABB where I made travel arrangements, planned meetings, and managed the staff and workflow of the offices.
Next, I took my operational skillset and put it to work at a public relations start-up organization and from there on to a pivotal role directing operations at By Kids For Kids, an educational marketing company for 16 years.
The consistent thread throughout my professional journey has been operational processes and efficiencies... creating and maintaining the procedures and processes to ensure excellent services are provided, exceeding expectations, and meeting deadlines.
Beyond the analytical world of spreadsheets and processes, I possess a creative and innovative streak, evident in my work crafting website content, designing social media posts, and conceptualizing and executing email marketing campaigns.
Outside of the professional realm, my passion lies in theater. Currently serving as the President of The Wilton Playshop, Connecticut's longest-running community theater, I leverage my detail-oriented, operational mindset to stage-manage productions, ensuring a seamless integration of all elements for a successful show.
